Hi, I’m Cinthia.

I’m a transformational coach and strategist, and my vision is a world where healing, liberation, and love are the motivations driving all systemic changes. I know. Lofty goals, right? But I want to see everyone be happy, win at life, and support one another.

This is my life-long dream. I’m on a mission to evolve the way we relate to ourselves, each other, and the planet. Because I believe deeply in our collective potential to embrace change—to let go of fear, greed, anger, and doubt long enough to consider new, better paths forward for our societies.

This is why it is my life’s purpose to empower dreamers, leaders, and innovators to courageously re-imagine and create the systems of our future. If we don’t agree with the reality we live in, then we are the ones who have to evolve it, and when we evolve the self, we evolve the environment. This is the catalyst. This is how we create a different reality and world.

With 10+ years of professional experience across education, coaching, and nonprofit leadership, I've supported hundreds of individuals and numerous organizations in their pursuit of growth and positive change. Clients and colleagues alike frequently highlight my grounded approach, creative thinking, and knack for turning overwhelming transitions into empowering experiences.

But my journey wasn’t always smooth—I was stuck living as an undocumented immigrant for many years, faced significant personal trials, and navigated my share of educational and professional setbacks. Each challenge, though, has fueled my resilience and strengthened my commitment to improving the world through compassion and love.

    As a trained spiritual coach with 1k+ hours of energy healing and four years of client work, I offer intuitive, heart-centered support through written reflections, guided meditations, energy healings, and aligned action. My approach blends self-mastery with grounded strategy to help you realign with your path and power. 

    Spiritual coaching starts at $125/hour with a minimum monthly retainer of 3 sessions.
